Payal is a brilliant yoga instructor. The fusion of yoga and martial arts offered in her sessions is unique and fun- and her knowledge on the theory behind both is extensive. She is very patient and always goes at the pace of the attendee, making sure they are comfortable throughout. I have thoroughly enjoyed every session I have been to and hope to attend many more!

Payal is always looking to create the best class for her students and is in tune with their different needs and skill levels. Her classes guide you through to difficult poses without you feeling like you can’t keep up. She is encouraging but also respectful of beginners.
